Hello!
I am Colette (she/ her), I'm a qualified integrative counsellor offering therapy for adults (18+).
I'm a registered member of the (BACP) British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I specialise in Deaf therapy, having grown up in a deaf environment and Hard of Hearing myself. I am fluent in Sign Language and can provide counselling for people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or people who have grown up with a Deaf family member.
I have an understanding and advocate for neurodiverse, LGBTQ+ communities and I am an anti-racist practitioner.
I offer support for a wide range of issues, including but not limited to; anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, loss and grief, stress management, self-harm, suicidal thoughts and trauma.If you are struggling with an issue that is not listed, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I am always happy to discuss your needs and see if I can help or support you to refer to someone best suited.
